Rates on the Suites are based on 2 person occupancy.
11% Bed Tax is not included.
Additional guests per night:
Season/Holiday: 2-14 yrs old are $10.00 / 15+ yrs are $20.00 a night.
Off-Season (Lodging only): Children under 16 are free / $10 for additional adults
Sorry, we do not accept children under 2 years old.

Our Policies
Check-In:
A secure lock box is located next to each private entry.
Guests will receive a secure access code in their reservation confirmation.
Guests are welcome to self check-in to their reserved suite anytime after 4pm.
If guest requires innkeeper assistance at check-in,
innkeepers are available from 4 pm - 6 pm.
Guests are required to self check-in after 6 pm using their secure access code.
Guests are not permitted to check in after 10 pm without prior approval.
No early check-ins PLEASE.
Check-Out: 11:00 AM.

The Sierra Mountain Lodge is family owned and operated.
Your innkeepers are John and Brenda Eppler and Ken Russell.
Innkeeper's Hours:
8:00 AM to 2:00 PM AND 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Innkeepers are unavailable between 2:00 and 4:00

A hot continental breakfast is served each morning in the lobby.
Breakfast includes gourmet coffee, a build your own waffle or pancake bar with fruit topping,
fresh seasonal fruit, link sausage (vegetarian available upon request),
hard boiled eggs,
yogurt, cold cereal, milk, orange juice, hot chocolate and a variety of teas.
Each Suite comes complete with all necessary linens, towels & bedding.
Each Suite includes
a private couch, TV with Cable/ DVD/ VCR, refrigerator,
microwave, kitchen sink,
coffee maker & supplies, small dining table, dishes, glasses,
silverware, wine opener,
hairdryer, lotion, body wash & alarm clock.
Guest Suites do not have stove/oven cooking facilities.
Automatic daily maid service is not included.
If you are staying with us more than one night
and require us to refresh your suite please let us know.
Refreshing includes:
Trash removal, fresh towels and supplies.
Refreshing is always available upon request.
It is our goal to allow our guests the privacy they desire and
we will not enter your suite unless requested.
Full daily maid service is available
at an additional $20.00 per night/$30 for entire Cabin House
and
must be requested at the time the reservation is made so it can be scheduled.
The lobby is open 24 hours and offers 24 hour coffee and tea.
Complimentary wireless Internet access for your laptop,
DVD/ VCR collection and reading library.
Each suite has propane and electric wall heaters (for heat)
and an evaporative window cooler (for cooling).
We are unable to provide for pets
and have a strict non-smoking indoor policy.
An outdoor smoking area is provided for our guests who smoke.
ANY guest who smokes or allows pets indoors
will be charged a minimum $100.00 cleaning fee.
Candles are not permitted due to insurance and fire hazard.
Firearms are not permitted on the grounds or in the Lodging Suites.
Your reservation can be guaranteed with Visa or MasterCard.
Personal check in the full amount can be used to secure your reservation
but must be received within seven days after making the reservation.
Guests credit card
on file is used ONLY to secure the guests stay.
Guest must settle their charges due during their stay.
Guest may settle their charges
with Visa, MasterCard, USD or travelers Checks. Guests who do not settle their
accounts before they check out will have the amount due charged to the credit card
on file securing the stay. A $10.00 fee will be charged on all accounts not
settled
by guests before check-out.
Cancellation Policy
If it is necessary to cancel a reservation,
there will be a $25.00
cancellation fee
if
the reservation is cancelled more than
14 days
before the scheduled arrival date.
If a reservation is cancelled less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival time, the innkeepers will diligently try to re-rent out the suite.
If we are successful in re-renting out the suite for the original booking dates, the canceling guest will only be charged one night's base rent as a cancellation charge.
If the innkeepers are unable to re-rent out the cancelled suite, the canceling guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of guests' actual arrival or departure date. A gift certificate to the Sierra Mountain Lodge will be sent to the canceling guests for the amount charged minus the first night's rent and a $25.00 per additional night cancellation fee.
