Cancellation Policy
Sierra Mountain Lodge
We understand that travel plans may change. Please review our cancellation policy below before modifying or canceling your reservation.
Standard Cancellations
Cancellations made five (5) days or more before the scheduled arrival date:
A $25 cancellation fee will apply. This fee is charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Cancellations or reservation changes made less than five (5) days before the scheduled arrival date:
Reservations canceled or modified within five days of arrival are non-refundable.
No Call – No Show Policy
Guests are required to complete the online check-in process and physically check in on their scheduled arrival date.
If a guest does not check in on the arrival date and does not notify the property, the reservation will be considered a No Call – No Show. In this case:
The reservation will be considered abandoned.
The suite may be returned to the market and made available for rebooking.
Guests remain responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure date.
Changes or Cancellation Requests
To request a cancellation or make changes to your reservation, please contact us by:

Replying directly to the reservation confirmation email you received at the time of booking.
Submitting your request through your confirmation email helps ensure that the correct reservation is updated or canceled.
Once your request has been processed, you will receive a new confirmation email reflecting the updated reservation details for your records.

Lodge Rules & Guest Policies
Sierra Mountain Lodge
To ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay for all guests, we ask that everyone follow the basic guidelines below.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
Online Check-In
All guests must complete online check-in prior to arrival.
The process takes only a few minutes and includes:
• Uploading a photo ID that matches the reservation name and credit card
• Providing vehicle information (make, color, and license plate – or “rental”)
• Reviewing and electronically signing the Lodge Rules & Policies
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Check-Out: 10:00 AM
Please note:
• Check-in after 10:00 PM requires prior approval
• Unapproved late check-outs will be charged $40 per hour
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Occupancy & Children
All adults and children count toward the maximum occupancy of each suite.
Some suites include stairs and second-story loft areas, which may not be suitable for children under age 5. Children must be supervised at all times.
Suite Amenities
Our suites include many comforts to help you enjoy your stay, including:
• Free Wi-Fi
• Smart TV with streaming capability
• Refrigerator and microwave
• Coffee maker with coffee
• Dining table, dishes, glassware, and utensils
• Ice chest for picnics
• Hair dryer, shampoo, and conditioner
• Professionally cleaned linens and towels
The Sierra Suite includes a full kitchen.
All other suites include a kitchenette (no stove).
BBQ grills with propane burners are available for guest use.
For safety reasons, personal cooking appliances are not permitted.
Pet Policy
Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted.
ADA-compliant service animals are always welcome.
Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees or removal from the property.
Smoking Policy
All suites are strictly non-smoking, including:
• Cigarettes
• Vaping
• Marijuana
A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
Smoking inside a suite will result in a minimum $100 cleaning fee.
Candles are not permitted due to fire safety regulations.
Mountain Property Notice
Our lodge is located in a natural mountain setting, which may include uneven terrain, wildlife, insects, poison oak, seasonal creeks, and other natural conditions.
Guests should use caution and supervise children at all times.
Weather & Natural Events
Our area may occasionally experience conditions such as:
• Wildfire smoke
• Power outages
• Strong winds or storms
• Heavy rain or snow
Refunds are not provided for weather or environmental conditions unless a mandatory evacuation is ordered by county officials.
Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for:
• Following all property rules and local regulations
• Any damages or missing items during their stay
• The conduct and safety of anyone visiting their suite
Violation of property rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
