Deposit & Charges

Please note our policies, as they are vital to our Inn's management. If there is something we have not made clear, please ask!

Reservations are guaranteed at the time of booking with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

$50 is charged at time of booking and is non-refundable deposit. 

The balance due is charged 5 days before check in. A $500 security hold is placed to the card on file 2 days before arrival. This hold is completely refundable*.

A paid in full receipt will be sent via email on the morning of checkout with checkout instructions. 
The card on file remains open until 72 hours after check-out to cover any incidentals and or damages.

Guest agrees that in case of a declined credit card guest is responsible to
provide a valid card upon request to settle charges due.
We charge a reasonable cleaning fee for a reasonable cleaning between guests,
if a excessive mess is left by a guest additional cleaning is charged at $50 an hour,
 1 hour minimum. Guest agrees that a cleaning fee of a minimum $100 will be charged to the card on file if guest smokes or allows others to smoke inside the building,
this includes Vaping and all smoke-able substances.

Guest agrees that a cleaning fee of a minimum $100 will be charged to the card on file for any pets permitted inside the building. This excludes service animals. Guest is responsible for any and all damage that occurs to their suite during their stay. Any items lost, stolen or broken will be charged to the card on file at a fair market replacement cost.

Check-Out is 10 am, we pay our housekeepers by the hour. Unapproved late
Check-Out is charged at $45 an hour.

Cancellation Policy

If its necessary to cancel a reservation:

A cancellation 5 days or more before scheduled check in date guest will be charged the $50 deposit.  This amount was charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable. 

 If a reservation is cancelled or altered less than 5 days before the scheduled arrival time, the reservation is non-refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within the 5 days before scheduled check in, hosts will attempt to find another renter. If we are successful in re-renting out the suite for the original booking dates and the rents recaptured, the canceling guest will be refunded the rents paid, minus the first nights rent as a cancellation charge.

If the hosts are unable to re-rent out the cancelled or altered dates, the canceling or altering guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of guests’ actual arrival or departure date.
