Deposit & Charges

Please note our policies, as they are vital to our Inn's management. If there is something we have not made clear, please ask!

💳 Reservations & Payment

Reservations are secured with a valid Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card at the time of booking.

  • A $25 non-refundable deposit is charged when the reservation is made.

  • The remaining balance will be automatically charged five (5) days prior to your check-in date.

  • A $500 security authorization hold will be placed on the card on file two (2) days before arrival.

This security hold is fully refundable, provided no damages, excessive cleaning, or additional charges occur during the stay.

A paid-in-full receipt and checkout instructions will be emailed to guests on the morning of checkout.

The card on file will remain open for up to 72 hours after checkout to allow for any incidental charges or damages if necessary.

If a credit card is declined at any time, guests agree to promptly provide an alternative valid payment method to settle any outstanding charges.


🧹 Property Care & Additional Fees

To ensure a clean and welcoming environment for all guests, the following policies apply:

Excessive Cleaning
Additional cleaning required beyond standard housekeeping will be charged at $50 per hour (1-hour minimum).

Smoking Policy
Smoking, vaping, or the use of any smokable substances inside the building is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a minimum $100 cleaning fee.

Pets
Pets are not permitted inside the building unless they are registered service animals. Unauthorized pets will result in a minimum $100 cleaning fee.

Damages or Missing Items
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Lost, stolen, or damaged items will be charged to the card on file at fair market replacement value.


⏰ Check-Out Policy

Check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Because our housekeeping staff are scheduled and paid hourly, unapproved late check-outs will be charged $45 per hour.

Please contact management in advance if you need to request a late check-out.


❌ Cancellation Policy

If it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation, the following terms apply:

Cancellations made 5 days or more before check-in

  • The $25 deposit is non-refundable

  • All other charges will be refunded

Cancellations made less than 5 days before check-in

  • The reservation becomes non-refundable

However, if a reservation is canceled within five days of arrival, we will make a good-faith effort to re-rent the suite for the originally reserved dates.

  • If the suite is successfully rebooked, the canceling guest will receive a refund of the paid amount minus the first night’s stay as a cancellation fee.

  • If the suite cannot be re-rented, the guest remains responsible for payment of the full reservation, regardless of actual arrival or departure.
