Wonderful place to stay for the long weekend and beautiful views. I absolutely love this place. Friendly staff as well! Been here twice already definitely coming back next year.

We stayed two nights at Sierra Mountain Lodge, in the Oak Suite, and greatly enjoyed it. Felt very welcomed from the start with a personalised welcome on the whiteboard outside our suite. Very lovely grounds: great view from the guest lobby verandah and very nice lanterns lit up at night. Stay was very comfortable with all facilities catered for. Location is close to town of Oakhurst and good access to southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Would stay again if returning to this beautiful part of the world.

Well worth the trip and drive. View from deck are peaceful and relaxing. Room are decorated, with their own individual themes. The host are top notched and they are there to help you with your Yosemite National Park experience. From the look of the map in the lobby, people from around the world agree, this is where you want to stay if you go to Yosemite.

An absolutely lovely lodge in the Central Sierra Nevada. John and Brenda are the best and they obviously love this property and love to share it with lucky travelers! Lots of outdoor BBQ stations so that all of the guests can entertain or everybody can get together after a great day at Yosemite and make new friends. Wonderfully quiet and relaxing as well. Thank you Sierra Mountain Lodge for taking great care of my whole gang!

We stayed in two suites here with our parents, the rooms were great, clean and comfortable. Alas, we missed the morning breakfast which gets great reviews, because our stay was just a few days after their summer season when they no longer offer breakfast. This was a great location for us to take a day trip into Yosemite.
